4. Ride the Teleférico. For the best bird's-eye views of the Spanish capital, hop on the Teleférico (cable car) in Parque del Oeste, which connects to Casa de Campo, the city's green lung. The system included both rail and road off-loading systems, 400,000 litres of new fuel storage, a new fuel pump room, a new fully automatic control system, and new dispensing lines connected to both existing.
